The Master at Work
John and I went to visit my parents last week for a few days and John and Grandpa spent most of the time playing horseshoes. It amazes me how much stamina Grandpa has, he was wearing John out. Grandpa would only give him 20 minutes or so between each game. John had a great time playing with him, even though Grandpa won them all this trip. Grandpa always enjoys playing horseshoes with people but after John left, I offered to play with him and he shook his head! He was spoiled playing with someone who could actually challenge him! I have played since then and got my usual 4 or 5 points. No chance of me winning anytime soon!
