		<description>I can&#039;t even imagine that.  I have a 19 month old daughter, and feel so bad for that lady.  After being in the business for 5 years now, I am glad that I haven&#039;t come across a situation like that.  Don&#039;t think I could have brought myself to removing them.

		<description>Wow, That&#039;s a very deep feeling you expressed while cleaning those fingerprints. I myself would have a hard time emotionally cleaning that window also. I have never been in that kind of situation so far. I pray i don&#039;t have to witness that.
We only work in the Phoenix AZ metro area.

I have a suggestion. Perhaps the family that lost their child were not aware of their little one&#039;s fingerprints on the window. You might offer to save those prints either by not cleaning them off the window, or even better, by suggesting they have them photographed before the window is cleaned.
