I have a 19 month old daughter, and feel so bad for that lady. After being in the business for 5 years now, I am glad that I haven't come across a situation like that. I lost a sister when I was 4 years old and she was three years old. That was 44 years ago and it still affects my family. I have a suggestion. Perhaps the family that lost their child were not aware of their little one's fingerprints on the window. You might offer to save those prints either by not cleaning them off the window, or even better, by suggesting they have them photographed before the window is cleaned.
